Activities for Cloverbuds (Ages 5-7)

The 4-H Cloverbud program is for youth ages 5 to 7 years old (by January 1, 2012) This non-competitive program focuses on cooperative learning while guiding participants in like skills, developing positive attitudes, and more!

We have copies of Ohio State University's Cloverbud Program Curriculum for purchase or to borrow. There are so many activities in this curriculum to keep Cloverbud's busy and learning that we can only mention a few here.

  • Experimenting with the 5 senses
  • Weather Fun
  • Making Healthy Food Choices
  • Nature Fun
  • My Feelings

If you are interested in using this curriculum with your Cloverbud 4-H Club stop by the Extension Office. If you would like to learn more about getting your child in 4-H please call our office at 287-5900, we have lots of clubs in Ada County and great training for people interested in becoming 4-H leaders!
