Sumo Bot Contest

Can your team build a Lego robot that can beat the competition? Join us at the first annual Sumo Bot Contest at the Western Idaho Fair!

Following guidelines, teams of up to 5 members build a Lego robot and compete against other teams! Fair passes will be provided for each child participant and a pass for one chaperone per family.

  • Registration due August 1, 2013
  • Contest will be held August 24, 2013 at the Western Idaho Fair
  • Ages 9 to 14 in teams of up to 5 members
  • Fair passes provided
  • Must submit a poster documenting your robot

Prizes will be provided for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places!

Summer Camps!

If you're planning your overnight camps for this summer check out the 4-H Adventure Camp! It's open to everyone in grades 3rd through 8th. Spend time at Cascade Lake 4-H Camp near Donnelly. You'll sleep in cabins and enjoy activities like swimming, canoeing, fishing, games, and workshops! And of course there's a campfire at night! June Kids Camp, June 22-25, grades 3rd to 5th, $190.00 Teen Camp, July 10-14, grades 6th to 8th, $230.00 All Camp, August 4-7, grades 3rd to 8th, $190.00 **Please note: All grades listed are grades completed by the end of the school year for 2017.
