Teen Mania

4-H members in grades 7 to 12 are encouraged to attend this series of workshops hosted by the Canyon County Extension Office.

This is a great opportunity to meet other 4-H members and learn new skills! The cost is $10 if paid by January 23. You should also bring two cans of food for the Idaho Food Bank. Listed below are the workshops being offered:

  • Eco-Bot Challenge (robotics)
  • Dutch Oven Cooking
  • Putting Your Personality to Work (learn personality types)
  • Know Your Style (learn to purchase clothing and make up tips)
  • Dynamite Dehydration (dehydrate food)
  • Credit and Your Career (learn how to manage your credit)
  • The Ten Essentials (backpacking and rescue essentials)
  • Games with Purpose (learn to lead groups with games)
  • Stranded, Not (learn how to maintain your car)
  • Your Professional Image (how to present yourself in business)
  • Junk Drawer Robotics
  • Basic first Aid
  • College 101
  • Surprise, It's Your Turn (public speaking)
  • There's a Veterinarian in You
  • Zumba
